The Ballet Phase I DVD is a 30 minute beginning ballet instructional DVD. The DVD starts with a warm up and cool down session before and after ballet training instructions.
DVD Instructor:
Lauren Small is a dance major and a graduate of Bellhaven University in Jackson Mississippi. Lauren was previously a member of the Springfield Ballet Co., and is currently partnered with Keena's Etiquette and Business Protocol. Ms. Small is a consultant working with Springfield Dance Inc. and Springfield Ballet Co. as an instructor and dance participant. She has traveled in and out of the United States partnering with other ministries and organizations to further her ballet career and is available for personal instruction or group consulting.
